JOB SPECIFICATIONS • Full lifecycle application development. • Designing, coding and debugging applications. • Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review and identification of code metrics. • Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) • Front end graphical user interface design. • Software testing and quality assurance. • Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation. • Supporting and maintaining software functionality. • Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation. • Maintain standards compliance. • Implement localization or globalization of software. Job Requirements • Excellent knowledge of using C#, WPF. • Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server (2000, 2005 or 2008) and databases concepts. • Strong background in OOP. • Familiarity with Visual Studio 2008,2010. • Excellent knowledge of .Net 3.5/4.0. • Knowledge of the WCF and Web Services; • Basic understanding of XML is a plus. • Java is a plus. • Silverlight devloping is a plus. • MCTS, MCPD is a plus. • An active desire to learn new skills, ability to ask the right questions. • Ability to work in team. • Ability to understand the existing code base. • Ability to suggest and make changes or improvements. Credentials and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related discipline. • Only 1 or 2 years’ experience. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Understanding the full software life-cycle.
