We are now seeking to employ a Communication Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The task of the Sales Engineer is to take a customer´s concept and work with the Sales professional to understand the customer´s needs, capture the requirements, then to produce a design that meets both the technical and commercial constraints. The Sales Engineer has responsibility for all aspects of the design of a solution, ensuring that it is adequately documented and reviewed. The Sales Engineer creates technical documents and customer facing deliverables related to quotes. Your profile: • Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering • Knowledge of VOIP • Experience in a Call-Center environment would be an advantage • Good knowledge of IP technology, common TCP/IP protocols, routers and IP networks etc. • Knowledge of Vatel and other products would be an advantage • Fluent Arabic and English written and oral, is essential for this role. • Fresh graduates are welcome and Experience would be an advantage You will become a member of an talented, dynamic team, focused on driving the business.
