- Ability to manage a QC team. - Be committed to deliver the product on time with high quality. - Ability to prepare technical and business training for the new QC members. - Understands testing principles, standards and process. - Following Instructions and Procedures - Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations. - Experience in Functional Testing, Usability Testing & Browser Compatibility Testing - Good Analytical skills to comprehend Business requirements - Track defects with defect tracking software and Assign them to the development team leader (mantis). - Work with our development team to assist them to resolution. - Measuring company software process. - Assist in maintaining the quality standards of running projects - Performs, Reviews and contributes to software program documentation(Release note, Status summary report….)
