- Job Responsibilities for Network Admin Position: - Installing and configuring computer systems and network - Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults - Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions - Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs - Common Skills of an IT Position: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations - Requires excellent computer skills - Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field(should have certificates like (CCNA, MCSE, or A+) or any other related certificate - Work with application development teams to control code and structure migrations into production, identify performance bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and provide direction to optimize the utilization of resources - Creation and Implementation of Security Architecture components - Security administration and security setup of new sites/groups - Troubleshooting technology issues, security, package build and performance issue - Definition, implementation and Management of the Object Change Management and Package Build Processes
