Experience: Three to five years solid administrative experience preferably in IT & computer field. Knowledge: Verbal and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with others in a professional manner. Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Basic knowledge of business administration, accounting practices, and strong math skills required. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to communicate with upper management and be able to handle confidential information and other duties as follows in a fast pace office environment. Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills. Organized, and prioritizes and works on multiple projects at a time Teamwork and collaborative skills Strong organizational, and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets, including advance knowledge of Pivot Tables Job Duties: Manage administrative tasks as needed to result in a professional, organized and smooth-running office environment. · Coordinate meetings and logistics, including facility reservations, meals, agenda, and meeting visitors. · Maintain Managers’ schedules, messages, and calendars. · Coordinate flight, car rental and hotel arrangements for travel. · Assist in preparation of RFQ bid documents, proposals, and presentations. · Prepare mail invoices and expense reports. · Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of some office equipment. · Maintain job, bid, vendor, personnel, contract and billing files. · Maintain manual of administrative procedures. · Handle phones, faxes and mail, copying, typing and daily correspondence. Track and Record attendance for employees Compile handbooks and new hire paperwork Perform any clerical and administrative duties on a day to day basis
