*PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2 years experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, in particular PHP5 scripting language. - Analysis methods and web application design. - Good skills in database design. - Front-end development including jQuery / MooTools. - Experience in E-commerce platforms (Magento, cs cart...) - knowledge of MySQL, and SQL syntax in general. - Knowledge on dev tools such as XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. - knowledge of JavaScript, including jQuery framework and AJAX dev techniques. - Experience of the full software development life cycle. - Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks. - Experience in the dev of mobile web applications. - Experience in the dev and maintenance of CMS (Wordpress, joomla ...) - Attention to application compatibility (cross-browser testing) and source code (W3C) accuracy - Spoken and written English. - Ability to collaborate with other team members. - Ability to communicate with diverse external clients. - Time management and planning skills. - Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. - Up-to-date with current internet trends. - Strong attention to details. *BONUSES: - Basic knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) - Basic knowledge of other server side programming languages such as ColdFusion, etc. - Experience with mobile application development (iOS, Android) - Experience with Facebook application development
