A highly reputable construction company is seeking the following candidates: Job Title: Technical Office Engineer Job location: Abu Rawash Industrial Zone, Cairo, Egypt Required Candidates: Fresh Graduate Education: Major: Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Job description: 1- Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements 2- Verify requirements for methods of measurements and specifications 3- Prepare of BOQ and tender estimations 4- Design & Review of shop drawings / submissions and invoices 5- Ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction; trouble-shoots engineering related installation problems. 6- Posting RFIs and change orders 7- Tracking and managing change orders 8- Maintaining as-builts as work is completed. 9- Documenting project issues/conditions 10- Maintaining organized and detailed project records 11- Assists with preparing change orders.
