Minimum 5 years’ experience with ASP.NET Development. Experience in developing and maintaining SharePoint Web services & Client object model SharePoint experience must include SharePoint Designer workflows, effective use of the data view web part (DVWP), content query web part, data form web part, navigation customization, and some branding customization. Experience of building and maintaining application using object oriented methodology. Knowledge must include SharePoint administration and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence Web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript) is required Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page customization) is required 3+ years experience with database programming, particularly SQL Server SQL Server Reporting Services Experience. (This is IMPORTANT) Proficiency in organizing and manipulating large quantities of data in analytical processes. Use appropriate tools to display information (dashboards, interactive cubes, raw data, charts, pivot tables, etc). Experience with the application development life-cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, coding, testing and deployment. Technical SharePoint 2010 Development capabilities should include: • Working with the SharePoint User Interface o Manage SPSite and SPWeb programmatically by using Visual Studio 2010 o Implement a dialog by using the Dialog Framework o Create a custom ribbon object o Customize navigation programmatically o Create and apply branding to a SharePoint site • Developing Web Parts and Controls o Create Web Parts o Create connectable Web Parts o Debug Web Parts o Create and implement delegate controls • Developing Business Logic o Implement a custom workflow in Visual Studio 2010 o Create a custom workflow action o Create and implement event receivers o Customize Enterprise Content Management (ECM) o Create, implement and debug a Timer Job o Create and modify Business Connectivity Service model in Visual Studio 2010 o Manage Users, Groups, Permissions • Working With SharePoint Data o Access list data by using the Server object model o Access SharePoint Data by using WCF Data Services o Access (CRUD) data by using the Client Object Model o Work with documents programmatically o Work with the meta data o Extending SharePoint Search o Implement and debug code that executes in an alternative security context o Create and modify a custom content type • Stabilizing and Deploying SharePoint Components o Manage a solution in Visual Studio 2010 o Manage a feature by using Visual Studio 2010 o Store and retrieve configuration data o Create a site definition by using Visual Studio 2010 o Manage SharePoint object life cycle by using the Dispose API o Develop, debug, and deploy sandboxed solutions Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. - Certifications: o MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Application Development. o MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Configuring. o MCTS: Microsoft Project Server 2010 Configuring. (is a plus) o MCTS: Microsoft Project Server 2010 Managing Projects. (is a plus)
