An Educational organization is recruiting the following position: Senior Developer - Analyst Roles and responsibilities: 1-Perform requirements gathering and analysis 2- Conduct feasibility studies 3- Apply systems analysis and design techniques to complex computer systems 4- Prepare flow charts 5- Write Functional Requirements, Functional Design, Requirements Traceability, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Results 6- Coordinate tests of the system and participates in trial runs of new and revised systems Experience: 1- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant computer-related field or 8 years equivalent experience. 2- At least 4 years of experience with web software design methodologies including requirements definition, use cases, business rules, entity relationships, wireframes, and testing. 3-Demonstrated experience with SQL application database architecture including stored procedures, triggers, and normalization. 4- Experience with tools for version control. 5- Demonstrated experience working in a rapid development environment creating prototypes and proof of concept applications. 6- Familiarity with test management tools and their integration within the software development life cycle. 7- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present technical presentations. Skills: 1- Competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts, and methods and knowledge of available system software, computer equipment, and the regulations, structure, techniques, and management practices of one or more subject-matter areas. 2- Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3- Must be organized and detail-oriented. 4- Must have a team player attitude. 5- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner.
